At CJ’s Cajun Seasoning, we take great care to ensure our spices and seasonings are of the highest quality. Due to the nature of food products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to protect the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Eligibility for Refunds

Unopened and unused spice or seasoning products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must remain in their original packaging, sealed, and free from tampering to qualify for a return.

For quality concerns or product defects (such as incorrect item shipped, damaged packaging, or contamination), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and photos for verification.
Non-Refundable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed spice and seasoning products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Promotional, clearance, or final-sale items are non-refundable.
Refund Process

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back.
