Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of spices, herbs, and seasonings (“Products”) provided by CJ's Cajun Seasoning, LLC (“Seller”) to the purchaser (“Buyer”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.

  • The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including due to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled by the Buyer without prior written consent from the Seller.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices for Products are as listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods].

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the Buyer once the Products are handed over to the carrier.

  • Shipping costs, including any customs duties for international deliveries, are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. Product Quality and Freshness

  • The Seller commits to supplying Products that meet quality and safety standards.

  • Natural variations in color, size, or aroma may occur and do not constitute a defect.

  • Proper storage instructions will be provided; the Seller is not responsible for product degradation resulting from incorrect storage by the Buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of spices and seasonings, returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied Products.

  • Any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and supported with photographic evidence.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at the Seller’s discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of Products.

  • The Seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products in question.

  • Products are intended for culinary use only and are not sold as medicinal or therapeutic substances unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with the Seller remain the exclusive property of the Seller.

  • Buyers may not reproduce, copy, or use any intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of State of Texas.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of  Hunt County, Texas.

10. Amendments to Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available on cjscajunseasoning.com.​
